By placing an order with MyFit Nails, LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please review this policy before finalizing your purchase.

Order Processing & Fulfillment

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–5 PM EST, excluding holidays).

High Order Volume: Processing and shipping times may be extended during peak periods. We will notify you via email if delays occur.

Shipping Methods & Charges

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We currently ship via USPS, offering Priority Mail, Priority Mail Express, First Class Mail, and Ground Advantage.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking to become active.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping addresses are correct before checkout.

MyFit Nails, LLC is not responsible for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If your package is returned, you will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Insurance, Lost, or Damaged Packages

All orders include standard shipping insurance provided by USPS.

In the Event of a Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Package:

File a claim directly with USPS using your tracking number and order information: USPS Claims Center

Retain all packaging materials and provide photographs/videos if needed.

Notify MyFit Nails, LLC by emailing customerservice@myfitnails.com with your order number and claim number to ensure coordinated communication.

Please note: MyFit Nails, LLC is not responsible for carrier decisions regarding claims or reimbursements.

Shipping Policy for 1 Gallon of Monomer

Our 1 Gallon of EMA Liquid Monomer is only available for shipping within the United States and Puerto Rico. Due to shipping regulations for flammable liquids, this product can only be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Ground Advantage Freight.

Please allow 10–15 business days for delivery. These extended shipping times are necessary to ensure compliance with safety and transportation guidelines for hazardous materials.

MyFit Nails, LLC is not liable for any lost, stolen, broken, delayed, or undeliverable packages after they are transferred to the shipping carrier.

We recommend signing up for shipment status notifications through your selected carrier.
