All Sales Are Final
Due to the hygienic and custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items, including gift cards.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
While we do not offer general returns, we are committed to resolving issues involving damaged products, defective items, and incorrect items received
If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please follow these steps: Firstly, inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Second, email customerservice@myfitnails.com within 48 hours of delivery. In your email please include your order number, clear photos or videos of the item and packaging, and a description of the issue.
Once we receive and review your submission, we will notify you of the outcome and, if approved, offer one of the following: A replacement of the affected item(s), a store credit, or a partial or full refund, depending on our assessment of the case.
We reserve the right to deny claims that lack sufficient evidence or fall outside the specified time frame.
Shipping Damage Claims
If the damage occurred during shipping, you must also:
File a claim with the carrier (e.g., USPS) using your tracking number and relevant documentation. You can do this by visiting the USPS claims page: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items as they may be required for claim processing.
